What they say
Walk on air after this fabulous facial for your feet. A pure pampering
pedicure treatment, resulting in perfectly groomed feet and perfectly
polished toes.

We say
Tucked away down a small side street in the historic town of Cardigan
is where you will find the hidden gem that is Beauty In Motion – a
small and exclusive health and beauty salon offering a variety of
luxurious treatments in a relaxed and extremely peaceful environment.

The Heavenly Sole pedicure is a pure delight. I am warmly greeted by
Alison the owner and therapist and shown into the treatment room.
Within minutes my feet are luxuriating in a warm milk and honey
hydrating foot soak, which is followed by an invigorating walnut and
sugar exfoliation.

Next I lie back on a warm couch and am offered a glass of pink
champagne, complimentary with this treatment (I opt for the Buck’s
Fizz as I’m driving).

After the soles of my feet are filed and my toenails are tidied and
manicured to perfection, a sumptuous apple and oatmeal foot mask is
applied.

I then lie back and enjoy what I was least expecting – a wonderful
head massage. I am left for a few moments while the lights are dimmed
to relax and I drift away with the gentle music and my own thoughts –
pure bliss.

After a short while the mask is peeled away and a beautiful silky
lotion is massaged deeply into my feet. My toes are then polished with
a choice of colour selected before the treatment began.

After effects
This is not just a pedicure this is, as advertised, “a heavenly sole
treatment”, a fabulous facial for your feet, which will leave you
walking on air. Well worth every penny.

My feet were left refreshed, moisturised and beautifully polished,
with the added sparkle of a couple of optional gems. I drifted out of
the salon fully relaxed after an extremely pleasant pampering session
proud to have my normally hidden toes on display.

The Heavenly Sole Pedicure lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes and costs £35.
